Does Ella like her changing table? She looks very content. :) The origami mobile is a great idea. If I could do origami properly Max might enjoy the same. But my origami always turn out looking like crushed up paper balls.
Very cute. We have a crane mobile too which Suzanne loves. But some advice - keep baby E's hands off it or she'll probably maim the cranes like S has done.
Since you now know how totally engrossing and time consuming these little monsters can be, I don't have to be embarrassed about a belated congratulations and welcome to the world.
Keep a record of it all. They change so fast and there is such a constant stream of new input that you tend to forget. I know, it would seem impossible, but you do, or it least the memories retreat into a back corner to leave room for the new stuff.

An on-line impulse buy, this is turning out to be one of my favorite books ever. It's just so fascinating to me.
Baby's Reading
We love the pictures of the barefoot farm family trying to figure out why baby is crying. I'd never heard of it until we checked it out of the library, and I think it's brilliant!

Look at that, you have a baby. It has been a long time since I have been here. She is lovely!
